This approach allows significant cost savings. Part tooling and programming can be supplied by the customer or provided separately by ACT.

DIY Robotic Cells
Customers may purchase standard Tools and Stations offered by Z3D Solutions LLC. from part presentation, through grinding/polishing heads, to end-of-arm effectors to use I their own robotic cells or other automated machines. Each tool and station is offered without controls or fully connected ready for system integration with standard interfaces like discrete I/O, Ethernet I/P, Profibus, or Devicenet.
